From this homeowner was to see if we could fix her bathroom floor that she said was soft.
On our visit, the master bathroom had old cabinet doors and plywood out on the floor to keep her from falling through. the secondary bathroom was not in any better shape.
We started working on her bathroom and found hidden damage. The floor had rotted completely under the tub and toilet. We replaced some floor joists, the subfloor and installed a new vinyl floor, a new comfort height toilet, low threshold shower and surround. The plumbing was also replaced in this bathroom.
We also repaired the walls and painted. (not our choice of colors)
We did not have funding to work on the other bathroom.
