We received a request for assistance from another Organization for a woman who was undergoing cancer treatments and would be returning home shortly. She was in need of a ramp access to be able to enter her home because she would be transitioning into a wheelchair.
Two of her family members assisted with the project giving us access to the home and completing her paperwork.
UOR provided all materials and volunteers to complete the project. the project was completed in 4 days and was ready for her arrival home a few days later. she was able to get from her parking area to the ramp without having to navigate through the yard.
